FYI, that line is line 17 in the patchfile so check to make sure you don't
have an extra line for some reason.  I mentioned in this thread earlier that
I changed all instance of  "1.3.3" in the file to "1.3.9" so if you haven't
already...

Except for the above change the file worked out of the box for me.
