How can I restore my Raq3 to factory settings?

The /etc/group is broken and I can't "su" to root (I can't start sysreset -f).

So I can get access to Raq GUI and admin access in telnet. But I can't get access to root account.

All I need is create new /etc/group file as root (or restore my box to factory settings).

 

What's options to restore my Raq3?

Can anyone to restore my Raq3? I can send you my box. How many does it cost?
