I have 2 Raq3's and it has happened on both and it's not the cache. I have 
no idea what to now.

When will Cobalt start using their IPO $ and start providing some support 
for their products? They are so close to having a great machine, but are 
completely failing on support and documentation.

Is there still someone from Cobalt on this list? Could they please shed 
some light on this mystery?
