[cobalt-users] How I got Apache 1.3.9 with PHP 3.0.14 on RaQ2 (and MySQL)

	I am having some difficulty getting the patch to take ...
I have tried with 1.3.9 and 1.3.11 source but both fail with

patch: **** malformed patch at line 18: @@ -230,7 +230,7 @@=20

I started manually patching the files but was unsure about this line

Is this file on any of cobalt's sites?

Could someone please direct me how to manually patch the lines begining
with @@ or how to correct the patch problem ..
