[cobalt-users] Intro and RaQ3 Q's

Hi everyone.. Thought I'd introduce myself them pick your brains a bit..

My name is Debbie, I own and manage about 40 domains.. mostly for the
beauty industry.. I just took the jump this week to a dedicated RaQ3
machine thru Sage/Interlient in Atlanta.. they are good.. but slow on the
tech support when I need it..

I think I've made great progress here, the machine is not live yet tho.. I
have added several name based sites, users and even figured out that I can
use a .forward in the user's directory to send mail to more than one person
per userID This is not documented anywhere that I could find.. I did find
where it would work on the RaQ2.. but not specifically on the RaQ3..

Can anyone suggest any deep reading material here?? the PDF manual is
lacking IMHO

Now.. my problem at this point.. 2 of them that are driving me nuts..

1- users placed on vacation disappear from my users lists..
2- sub-directories in any of the sites can NOT be accessed without the
trailing / in the URL

Both of these situations are a problem and concern to me..

1- created new user, clicked the blue modify envelope and since I want to
see a copy of this mail, placed my email address in the Forward box. Tested
the email address using the @[IP#] as suggested in the docs. The mail shows
up where it is supposed to.
Click the blue modify again and turn on the vacation response and send
another email to the same address. I received the mail, but the "senders"
copy of the mail never showed up.. worse yet .. when I went back in to the
user list to check my work.. the user set to vacation is not listed there..
where did he go?? <on vacation.. I know that !> but what do I do now??? I
can't reactivate this user when he returns from his vacation.. or change
the vacation response or anything.. since he's not listed in the user
screen.. now what???

2- is pretty much self explaintory..
if you attempt to access:
209.196.37.202/nailite
you get a 404 error
if you then add the trailing slash:
209.196.37.202/nailite/
the page comes up just fine and dandy.. this situation is NOT a happy one
for me as several of my lower domains are companies that do not advertise
their address with the trailing slash and this will be a HUGE problem for me..
