[cobalt-users] Setting up a POP account

Hello all
I have set up a POP account on my account which I have just purchased and
had collocated within on of my ISPs NOCs. Having set-up the details in my
email account I received the following error message when trying to send
email:
'Server response 550<hostmaster@xxxxxxxxxxxx> ..Relaying
denied'(Account:'Domains', smtp:'mail.launchsite.co.uk',error number).
This according to my ISP is happening because they filter the email sent
through the Raq by using an IP address assigned by them-selves in order to
stop the Raq being used by the Spammers. Unfortunately, I would have to use
their dial up account (costs $2500) per year as would all my clients..
Is there a solution to set-up a POP email account that firstly, is not a
portal for any Tom, Dick or Harry to use for their Spam and how would I go
about setting this up.
An immediate response to this message would be greatly appreciated as I have
a 'fixed deadline' to work to. I enclose my email address for any personal
replies, but please don't Spam.
Thank-you in advance.
