not sure if I got what you are looking for, but if you are trying to create
a 'normal' account and give him access to the siteadmin dir '/web' where he
can upload files to the domain root dir, then create the user on the web
interface and uncheck the 'siteadmin', telnet and 'usermod' that user and
change his home directory to /home/sites/www.domain.com/web .
