I hope other phone and connectivity companies come into your area b/c Bell
Atlantic is pathetic.

Scott, I'm in Virginia and Bell Atlantic just started offering ADSL in my
neighborhood two weeks ago.  I'm getting my ADSL installation completed
Monday.  This is the most pathetic company I've ever dealt with.  Over the
last 6 months they have crossed my biz line with a nearby residential
install (1 week of an 18 year old girl answering my biz calls and placing
calls for which I was charged), not shown for two appointments, published my
home # under "Pizza Hut" in the latest yellow pages (I am thinking about
selling pizzas now since I get about 30 calls a day) and made me sit at home
all day yesterday for part 1 of an ADSL install it turns out I didn't even
need to be here for (and they didn't bother to tell me they even came).

I can't believe how many people will place a pizza order into an answering
machine that states that it is the residence of two people and points out
the correct number of the restaurant they are trying to reach!
