[cobalt-users] cron.daily

I noticed on some of my users sites that cron.daily is
not updating daily on their web stats, specially a few
new clients thats been setup for about 2-3 days now.
Checking other clients of mine, their last web stats
shows

2000/01/06 01:xx

I had also installed webalizer from that package i
downloaded, and i setup a webalizer.sitename.cron in
my daily folder, and the sites were not updated since
i originally ran the cron file to test it out, i had
to manually update the stats today.

How do i go about making sure the daily.cron is
running?
