[cobalt-users] Qube 2 Dial on demand

I have never been able to get dial on demand to dial or hang up 
properly. on the Qube 2 server. To get it to hang up requires 
physically turning off the modem and to get it to dial requires going 
to the administrative site under Network/Modem and saving 
changes to reset the connection. needless to say this is starting to 
get tedious and I would be terribly appreciative of any suggestions 
you may have.
