register.com need to modify the dns for your domain (hauptfleisch.com?)

They have www.hauptfleisch.com as an alias to haputfleisch.com which WOULD
be fine, but the RaQ2 uses the subdomain for it's email system and sendmail
doesn't like aliases (sendmail) so you need to get register.com to modify
www.hauptfleisch.com from a CNAME to an A record which points to your IP
212.20.149.77

we have many problems with our new cobalt raq2, one of them:

554 rewrite: excessive recursion (max 50), ruleset 3

Our domain is registered by register.com (mx also).
we doesn´t add DNS records on RaQ2.

I don´t know the reason for email loop, if so.
Who has to fix it "register.com" or we?
