OK, so what's the catch?[PARA]We do require that each ISP pay a small $500
annual license fee. But that is the only charge. It's a flat per year charge
of only $500 per ISP. No per server, no per copy, no per customer, and no
per store fees. Just a flat total charge of only $500 per year, per ISP.

you need at no charge as long as the terms and conditions of our ISP Hosting
Program are met at all times. [PARA]Whether you use In The Q for 1 client or
100,000 clients - the cost to use our software is still the same - $500 per
year and only the ISP pays this charge. Your web site customers do not pay
us anything for using the standard version of In The Q.[PARA]Each year, we
will require that you renew your license and pay an annual fee. About 30
days prior to the renewal date of your license, we will send you an invoice
for the next year. Just send us a check for the license fee and you are set
for another year.[PARA]If this is "free" software, why is there an annual
fee?[PARA]While the In The Q standard version is free to the end-user, we do
require the each ISP pay an flat annual license fee. The fee covers the
ISP's cost to license the product, and allows us to provide technical
support directly to the ISP, as well as any other training or administrative
issues that might arise. This fee also allows us to promote this software
(and our certified hosting providers) as well as create new features and
enhancements. [PARA]Remember, this fee is incredibly small in comparison to
what our competition charges for their e-commerce software. Whether you use
In The Q for 1 client or 100,000 clients - the cost to use our software is
the same. [PARA]How does this package generate revenue?[PARA]The public can
only obtain this free software by hosting their site with one of our
certified hosting providers. This means that the In The Q software will be
responsible for bringing new customers to your hosting business as well as
lowering your costs to implement and maintain e-commerce for all your

reduced rates to their customers. They receive huge volume discounts from
their e-commerce providers because they have so many web site customers. RaQ

To answer your question, yes - that would void the license.

Installation is a real snap - to install an In The Q customer store takes
about 10 seconds --- one tar command is all it takes to create the entire
store and turn it over to your web site customer. Support is minimal because
the package is so easy to use.

In order for the standard version to be free to the end user - we require
that ISPs not charges any fees for install, use, or support of the package.
Multiple stores per web site can easily be established if need be.

You CAN charge a customer for SSL and NOT offer the store on your first
hosting plan (but must offer it on all other hosting plans) - this will help
encourage customers to upgrade to a higher hosting plan and add SSL to their
account.
