Actually, I think it shouldn't cause a problem at all.  If you edit the
httpd.conf such that the directories for domain2.com point to the ones for
domain1.com, the web URLs should work for user pages, regular pages, etc.
etc.

The logs may end up all in the same place, and a user added to either domain
will only work for THAT domain (as far as email, that is), but other than
that, it should work beautifully.
