[cobalt-users] Frontpage and Virtual Domain's

Hi

I have a quick question. 

Using one ip, can a user like www.name.com publish
with Frontpage to their server before their domain is
registered?

Also, how can a user view their pages before their
domain is registered using one ip for all users?
