[cobalt-users] Error when trying to accept email

["Web Manager" <webmanager@xxxxxxxx>]

When I click the Accept email for this domain box and save the changes it
give me an error:

Another site is already accepting email for the domain inalaska.com

Do you know why it would say this?  I just set this box up and no one should
be accepting email for that domain.. It hasn't even been set up to accept
email yet..
