[cobalt-users] PHP 3.0.12 / PHPLIB Installation

I currently have PHP 3.0.7 running on my RaQ2.  I want to install the PHP
Base Library (http://phplib.netuse.de/index.php3).  It requires PHP 3.0.12
or higher.  In the instructions for installing PHP 3.0.12
(http://www.php.net/manual/install-unix.php3) step #5 asks me to "cd
apache_1.3.x".  Do I really need to download apache.1.3.x.tar (apache 1.3.3
is installed)?

Has anyone installed this combination on their RaQ2?  I also have MySQL
3.22.27 installed and I really want to upgrade the PHP and install PHPLIB
without screwing anything up.

If you have any hints or instructions it would really help me out.
