Yes,
I am not happy with Cobalt tech support or their customer service group when
you contact them. But I am happy that an engineer from Cobalt took a look at
my problem and fixed it. He responded to me from this list. That does tell
me that someone from Cobalt is also looking at this list, and is doing
something, maybe on a random basis, maybe regularly. That I can’t
answer.

[Cobalt] Raq3 feature - fix for raq2?
So
Kevin,
What you are really saying is that you are also
unhappy with Cobalt's support.

This is one reason I try and only use
Cobalt supported programs. Instance -
I installed the 2.0 Patch, I
installed Cobalt's SSL program. It took some
FrontPage features away; no
users under the main domain could connect to the
RAQ with FrontPage.
They finally looked at it since it was their program and
found a
problem. They also released a patch to fix the problem. But I can't
always use Cobalt's programs.
A
new problem for me, that I hope someone can answer here:
I installed
Open Shop that someone posted to this list. It works Fine,
except when I
enable the SSL server I get an error, file not found;
/home/httpd/openserver
How can I get the SSL on the RAQ to
redirect, or allow other users or
programs to work? I would think it
would be an alias of some sort, but I
don't know how to configure it.
The actual files are under a different
directory that it needs to go to,
but the SSL I think goes to /home/httpd.
Can anyone help with this one?
Thanks
Kevin

Well said Larry.
That was my point, and you said it
better that I did.
