I have worked with Alex and purchased hardware from him several times.
Although he can sometimes be hard to get a hold of, he is very good at what
he does. I have been told by colleges that he was working for cobalt for a
while before starting RaQport. (Just my 2 cents)
I would definitely recommend purchasing hardware from him over Sun or
others.

Chris

Has anyone had experience with raqport?
We are considering moving from cobaltracks (Visual Link) where we have a
raq4i, to raqport and upgrading to a raq550 at the same time.
The purpose of the move is to get better service, mainly telephone requests
for reboots, software installations and automatic security upgrades.
We plan to buy the 550 from raqport and co-locate it there. But I can't find
any background information on the company.
Any information -- good or bad -- would be helpful.
Thanks
