Haven't got a clue. :)
I am sure some of the other guys know how, such as Gerald.

However, most likely its going to end up being a couple of dozen files
or so, at most. It might be much simpler to just tar them all up and
create a short script that copies everything where they need to be.

Then you build a box, drop in the script and run it. Done.

That way you don't have to rebuild CDs when you change or have upgraded
base software.

Also, Ghosting the drive(s) might be a good idea too. But test first - I
seem to recall Ghost having problems with Linux sometimes? There are
other software out there - perhaps the others might be better to comment
on this....
