Hi,
I am not sure, but I think I had a similar problem. Have you tried to make
everything under the /nfsroot-x86 directory writable in the Linux machine
(step 11 of the procedure)?
chmod -R 777 /nfsroot-x86
You have to do this before you begin the instalation.
If you have tried this already, please, send me the complete output and I
will try to take a look at it.
Regards,
Fran

G'Day,
Thanks for your earlier reply to my email via the cobalt developer mailing
list.
I have managed to resolve the issues regarding the bootp server - it was
just a config issue with my dhcp server.
I have run into another problem though. The qube begins the installation
process. It gets as far as running /sbin/loader then states that it failed
to read /modules/module-info. The process then sends the termination
signals and advises me that it is safe to reboot.
I have a serial connection from the qube to my host machine. The files are
there and readable. Are there any pointers you can give me to resolve this
problem?
Thanks
Jeffery
