Seriously though, you should read manuals, and if the project is as 'great' as 
you say you should probably have checked the specs and information on the 
machine you've just bought so you'd understand the cobalt admin interface, 
and so understand the port 444 for admin ;)
Hope you get the developers you need, i believe sourceforge might have some 
hints on how much to pay for writing the actual opensource management 
interfaces ;-)
