[cobalt-developers] general functions in domainserver?

Hi Guys

I have just bought a new domain on the internet( www.vr2l.net ), and with it
I got an installed server that I can fiddle with.. Problem is, that I have
no idea of how it is working..

For example there is a link www.vr2l.net/login and it works fine, but when i
look at the site trough my ftp-program there is no such login-folder
present. Instead it goes to http://www.vr2l.net:444/login.php and this is
what I cannot figure out how it works.

How can I configure and built this server so I can make my own links like
this and so that users logging in on the site have the abbility to upload
their own website?

By the way, this website is attended to develop into an opensource
knowledgesharement platform; I have many ideas of how it should work, but no
really programming skills in neither php or java. Only a bit of html and
basic scripting.. If someone or somebody out there have some time left hi or
she would like to use for building the largest opensource community ever
seen then drop an email :) Any kind of programmer and developper is welcome,
but first we need to make some kind of functional website and webapplication
structure that can function as a platform for this project.

Anyway, I would like to know more about how this server actually works so I
can imagine the future possibilities..
