[cobalt-developers] Access Denied Errors

Before removing the Adapative Firewall, I had used the Removed startup
firewall option to clear that setting that I had precviously made.

Now I am getting the following error:

Access Denied.
Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at
this time

Can anyone help me correct this problem?
