I was just realizing when I was updating Cobalt RaQ 4.
When you update the Apache: RaQ4-All-System-2.0.1-15417.pkg
It seems that you have to reinstall your chili!soft asp in order to get
the asp to work again. If not the asp will not work, hmm like the
dynamic link library is not properly configured with the patch.
