[cobalt-developers] My locale settings are messed up

I need to know how to restore my locale setting, I
think I messed them up when manually installing a glib
rpm, I get this message when rebooting apache.

warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C")

And all my admin GUI messages are also in a bit of a
mess, I thought I found a file called ui.po which
seems to have the correct values in them but I have no
idea how to rollback to these.
