[cobalt-developers] Question Re Cobalt Patch - Duplicate Email Alias 4.0.1

Hi, I have a question about the following patch as I want to clarify what
it's effect will be before I apply it to my RAQ3.

This patch filters email alias entries preventing duplicate virtusertable
entries on your server appliance.

This patch doesn't seem to be security related, but rather appears to change
the functionality of the server.

Does anyone know what this patch actually does?

Does this mean that separate sites will NOT be able to have the same virtual
email aliases after this patch or am I reading this incorrectly.
