Since it's an "announce only" list, can I recommend a very simple
solution? It is a Windows program that works on any 32 version of
Windows and is specifically designed for this type of thing. It's free,
fast and requires no server.

It's also good for those people who have an ISP that will not give SMTP
access (Like Verizon Business DSL)
