I hope someone can be of a assistance cause this is driving me insane.
I have a client lets just say his domain is prismed.net
I set him up on the RaQ4 and added his DNS info.
A prismed.net 10.10.10.10
A 10.10.10.10 prismed.net
A www.prismed.net 10.10.10.10
A 10.10.10.10 www.prismed.net
MX prismed.net prismed.net
Now after that is done all is fine, then the next morning. I get a call from
the client that he can not reach his site. (But he was bale to the night
before) I try and access his site and BAM nothing. So as a safety precaution
I delete his SOA and create new records.
