[cobalt-developers] Third party tools to block spam?

Aside from using the option "Reject the following Users/Hosts/Domains", are
there any third party tools this group knows of to do a better job of
filtering spam *before* we know what IP it is coming from?  We just had a
terrible porno message go out to our entire advisory council and I expect my
head to be on the platter shortly if I don't find a solution....
