The standard answer is to OS Restore it - you do make backups, right?

If you attach a SCSI device (such as a CD), you can boot from it using
the ROM menu.  This is also true of IDE devices, though there isn't any
'external' IDE.  This applies, sadly, only to RaQ3 and higher and Qube3
and higher.

If you need details, let's take this off the group.  I'll be happy to
hear your scenario and try to find a workable solution for you.
