Yes. They have to be registered with the same registrar that registered
your domain name, and they have to be on separate IP#s. (In fact they
should be on separate machines, but that's another story.)

Name your primary site with a hostname of "ns" and a domain name of
fijivillage.com.
Use the RaQ gui interface to set up your DNS records (which records and
how is beyond the scope of this email <smile>).
Edit the SOA record for each domain to show the proper nameservers in
the SOA records.
Do NOT create secondary DNS records.
