Yes, remove the #.

I'm not sure why they have gone with a different nowait time. There is a
wealth of information to be gained by asking questions of the interbase
related mailing lists.
I think a good start would be the one hosted at www.mers.com
This shouldn't block all your ports unless something is going wrong.
