swatch (aka Active Monitor) monitors and repairs system services and
resources.
How long has this swatch process been running? I've never heard of a
runaway process before. The program is very fast and lean. It is
invoked every 15 minutes from /etc/crontab. /etc/cobalt/swatch contains
per-service configuration files for swatch.
