I suggest using a Cobalt RaQ 4R or 4i.
Dedicate this server to Frontpage web use only. Disable the email
servers, do not issue user accounts. When creating a site, enable
FrontPage, and contact your client with the hostname, IP, and instruct
them to login using the user name "webmaster" and the password assigned
when creating the site.
