To "register" your name servers, first get them operational with 'A' records in

(1) Get your nameserver records in order;
make 'A' and 'PTR' records for ns.fijivillage.com and ns2.fijivillage.com
in fijivillage.com' s zone file.
(2) Go to the registrar for fijivillage.com and delete the current nameservers
inserting ns.fijivillage.com and ns2.fijivillage.com, as the replacement.
That's it your nameservers are "registered".
(3) Get your ISP to delegate the IP block to you. If it is less than 256 or /24
Then you need to read RFC-2317 and you and your ISP must comply.
#1 is the most important, the nameservers need separate IP's and they
must be operational or you may not be allowed to change the nameservers
of fijivillage.com.
