And please let me know if I'm missed something; when I went back to look
at where my remembered knowledge came from, I found all the information
rather hard to come by; I must have read it once before in a more
concise book.

(I used to own Apache for Dummies; I must have loaned it out though; it
doesn't appear to be in my collection anymore.)
