Has been discussed over and over again.
In /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf, in your site's virtual configuration
block, you can comment out lines beginning with "Rewrite".
I've asked (in a previous message today) Will DeHaan to document for us
which "Rewrite" line does what, but what I do is just comment out all of
them.
This has the side effect of turning off siteadmin and useradmin, which
is just what I want.
