[cobalt-developers] info about swatch / active monitor

hi,

i`m seeking some information about the "swatch" tools on my raq 3i, as i
want to add some services. it doesn`t seem to have anything to do with
the gpl swatch logfile analyzer.

is it made by cobalt ? if yes, gpl`d ? or at least information about the
config file format and adding services available ?

if it`s not by cobalt, where can i find more info ?
