The UPS software should shut down the RaQ 3 and then the main power on the
UPS when the battery reaches less than 20%, and should restart when power is
restored.  If this does not happen you should work with support.

Cobalt never planned nor promised a web front end to the UPS software.  As
far as Cobalt is concerned, there is nothing to finish.  I'm not quite sure
where you would need one in any case... it's something you set up when you
are physically with the RaQ 3 (thus the LCD interface) and I'm not sure why
you would reconfigure anything remotely.  It's hard to unplug a UPC from
3000 miles away.
