I use an APC 250 and it works fine. for me In facet I took the time to 
finish the job that Cobalt did not and resulted in a nice web front end to 
remotely control the UPS.
sorry that was lost when my raq3 hard disk has a fault and cobalt kindly 
just nuked the lot.

One problem with the UPS code is that Yes it shuts down the raq3 but id the 
power is restored before the UPS batteries give up and die the ups comes 
back alive but the raq3 is already down NO way to revive it unless you have 
a remote mains power switch between the UPS and the raq3's

Other wise its works fine. and I did ask if cobalt would finish the code 
but the answer was no longer interested.

So like a lot of things cobalt start they rarely finish
