Requires specific 100 mb ethernet connection on specific network cards

U can use no other  - is in Knowledge Base ( NOTE: does apply to ALL RAQ's )

some personal experience you can use:

1) The OS Restore WILL upgrade Raq to Raq2 - works EXTREMELY well !!
    Always remember backup-B/u- B/u !!

2) if unit beyond warranty, ANY compatible (EIDE or SCSI) HD to your system
    will work, REGARDLESS of size. So, get as big a HD as you want !

3) If strict attention is paid to all hardware issues, i.e. patch cord etc,
    and Cobalt unit is otherwise sound you can RELIABLY expect success.
   I've been impressed.

I would like to thank Gordon Garb at Cobalt for help in making this SO easy.

Final note:  The info in this thread alone WILL help ANY future developer.
