[cobalt-developers] [RaQ2] Name-Based to IP-Based Conversion Problems

Greetings,

I just switched a number of domains on my RaQ2 from Name-Based hosting to 
their own dedicated IP's. Although I followed the same procedure with each 
domain, four are not working.

To make the changes, I completely deleted both the Virtual Site and DNS 
information. I then set up everything again from scratch, using the new 
dedicated IP information.

I was able to successfully ftp and upload data to the problem domains, 
using their respective IP addresses, but could not connect via their domain 
names. Perhaps there are some kind of caching or nameserver propagation 
issues but this doesn't make sense to me since one of the domains was 
immediately available at its new IP address. The sites are also viewable 
via http by way of their IP addresses.

Thanks in advance for any assistance, as I have four important client 
domains down.
