Calling Cobalt requires patience. Estimate 100 minutes average waiting time.
Then estimate another 100min due to the lack of knowledge of the first guy
you speak with. Then estimate that the solution he told you won't do the
trick and estimate another 100min of time to get a more knowledgeable tech
rep. If you finally manage to solve your problem you're lucky.
