[cobalt-developers] Failure in contacting COBALT web site hosting technicians

Dear People,

There must be a way (I'm not aware of) to contact the www-site
technicians from Cobalt. This spring we created a web site for the
business of some relatives. The site was visible until approximately
10 days ago since it became in accessible. The domain name owner (and
also owner of the business) wants to know what happens (as also do
I). I have called repeatedly the 800 toll free number waiting on hold
for long minutes but nobody was there to respond, there was no
feedback even if I left our phone #s (we have voice mail too) on
their voice mail boxes.
Somebody please be so kind as to please give me an IDEA !!
