It's not pretty, but there are knowledgebase instructions on how to do
this:

But you'll need to backup the RaQ before moving it.

You can simply update the IP addresses in the DNS Parameters interface
to the new values.  This needs to happen in addition to moving each site
to its new IP address.  Your RaQ 1 can run RaQ 2 software (software
model 2799R) with an OS restore CD from Cobalt.  RaQ 2's allow you to
rename and change site IPs in the web interface.

Does the host and domain name fields not scroll?  Hostname "tachi" and
domain name "reno.nv.us" should be compatible.
