you can always instal 2.2.14C3 rpms with --force option

That is a very good argument, and one we are definately working on. We
have been hiring several sustaining/release engineers to make sure
things like this do not stay experimental. The kernel I released
yesterday is in the hands of sustaining engineering and will be
validated by them for a security patch (officially).
