I have uploaded kernel-2.2.14C9 and corresponding bwmgmt rpms to
ftp://ftp.cobaltnet.com/pub/experimental. This kernel includes a
security fix for the setuid bug exposed on BugTraQ recently.
as usual, use at your own risk :)
