The fact that majority doesnt use it != its better not to use it.  In fact,
without CGI-Warp, I can (and I don't know perl that much) have access to
_any_ files in apache doc root.  That is a major security treat if you ask
me, because it means there is no such thing as privacy, security or
restricted files on your server.  If you are running a dedicated and are
alon... that is fine.  But if you are running a server with multiple
non-controled users, that is not at all.

Anyway, that is just my point of view.
