I can create any vsite with front page extensions installed. I can also
delete the extensions and leave the site installed and the .cnf file are
removed too, just as one would expect from the GUI, but I cannot connect to
the site to upload using front page 2000, 2002 or 2003 I can ftp into them
but no front page connection.

I receive this message 

Error #d000f Message: Unexpected HTTP error code:
200

I looked it up in Microsoft Knowledge Base for their fix and searched the
list archive but none work.
