Well I checked and I haven't made any specific raq3 version but it looks
like spamassassin and mailscanner should build just fine (without a perl
update) But MailScanner dosen't like the RaQ3 version of sendmail so it
dosen't work.  Spamassassin works good though...

sorry i don't recall where it is but there are some lists of ip's.  The
problem is you start to take a performance hit because the tables become so
huge.
